It Gets Better Project

A project of LGBTQ+ youth from around the world to uplift and encourage.

LGBT National Youth Talk line

A phone chat line with trained peers where you can call and talk about concerns including sexual and mental health, drug abuse, identity, and relationships. 1-800-246-7743

Love is Respect

Dating and Healthy Relationships. Lots of information and resources around understanding various aspects of dating for adolescence.  They have a LGBTQIA+ specific page about dating violence.

LGBT National Hotline

All ages Crisis line. 


The Northwest network

Support for Queer and Trans survivors of Intimate partner violence based in Seattle. They offer free and confidential resources.

Trans Lifeline

Crisis line staffed by the transgender community for the transgender community. 


Sage National LGBTQ+ Elder Hotline

A phone line where elders can be paired up with volunteers for friendship and conversation or crisis. 877-360-LGBT(5428)
